• Hungarian Minister of External Economic Relations and Foreign Affairs Peter Szijjarto has an idea that should intrigue President Trump. During a talk at his embassy, Szijjarto said to supercharge Hungary’s economy, the government made trade the goal of foreign policy, and it worked. Business leaders replaced diplomats, and performance is based on new trade and companies moving to Hungary. “We cut measuring our ambassadors based on the receptions they took part in.” …
• Tax watchdog Grover Norquist, president of Americans for Tax Reform, is predicting a new tax bill every year Trump is in office. “Congressional Republicans do not intend to wait 30 years to do one more big tax cut. They are looking to do annual bites at the apple to keep reducing taxes and keep tax cuts front and center economically and politically,” he told Secrets. “We will cut taxes by further delaying Obamacare taxes. This is another series of tax cuts they’re talking about.” …
