Vice President Kamala Harris had a chance to give young women a role model for public service but blew it with “embarrassing” performances, according to the co-host of the top-rated Fox show The Five.
“We’ve got an embarrassment for vice president of the United States,” said Jeanine Pirro, a former Westchester County, New York, judge.

“Young women look up to her. She has an opportunity to create an image that young girls can look up to and say, ‘When I grow up, I want to be Kamala Harris.’ But she hasn’t done that. She’s made a fool of herself on the national and the international stages,” Pirro told Secrets at the beginning of a book tour to pitch her latest, Crimes Against America: The Left’s Takedown of Our Republic.
In an interview, Pirro said her book is an indictment on Joe Biden’s presidency. In it, she highlights policies that have failed, such as stopping the flow of illegal immigrants across the southern border, a job he assigned Harris.

Harris’s failures are so bad, said Pirro, that Washington Democrats have pushed for Biden to seek reelection because they feel he has a better chance to win than Harris.
Polls agree and often show Harris losing to the top two GOP candidates, former President Donald Trump and Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL).
Pirro sounded angry that Harris hasn’t shined in the job.
“It is a very serious issue,” she said. “I fought to try a murder case, the first in my county. I fought to be the first female district attorney, the first female county judge. I mean, you know, to convince people that even though I had little children, I could do the job. You know, I fought a lot. But when I did, and I got those jobs, I performed. I tried cases. And I knew that if I didn’t do well, every woman behind me wouldn’t do well,” she said.
But, she said, Harris failed and is more known for her missteps and awkward laughs.

“What a waste. What a waste of a position because any woman in that position has the opportunity to shine and she didn’t do it. Shame on her,” said Pirro.
“The laughing, the giggling. This is serious business, and to have a blessing to be the vice president of the United States of America. I mean, it is the Citadel for women in terms of the power that we’ve reached in the positions we bring to this country. And she is a laughingstock and an embarrassment,” Pirro said, adding, “It is tragic, and it is a waste. And to be honest with you, it is infuriating.”
