Jeanine Pirro has another hit, her just-released book a top 10 Amazon bestseller on its first day of sales and the most thorough “indictment” on Joe Biden’s presidency just as the 2024 campaign season kicks in.
“I don’t know why he hasn’t been impeached,” said the co-host of the Fox show The Five and former New York judge.

In an interview with Secrets, “Judge Jeanine,” as she is known, said her book, Crimes Against America: The Left’s Takedown of Our Republic, details the mistakes and ill-fated policies of Biden that have led to an oncoming recession, the nation’s worst-ever border crisis, and family-splitting political partisanship.
“My purpose in writing the book was to try to outline an indictment for the crimes against America,” she said.
Pirro, a prior New York Times bestselling author of several books and longtime friend of former President Donald Trump, argued that while Biden sold himself as a moderate, he has governed as a spendthrift liberal.
“This man is a Trojan horse,” she said. “The Trojan horse is parked at the White House, and all the ideologues that we have educated and indoctrinated are now in the White House promoting their leftist, socialist, so called progressive agenda.”
“His agenda is America last,” she added.
While the book is a takedown of the Biden administration, she told Secrets that Biden shouldn’t even be in the White House — nor should he have run in 2020.
Despite some evidence of the president’s failing mental facilities, she blamed first lady Jill Biden and the media for propping up the president and pushing him to run in 2020 and 2024.
“She is the bad person,” Pirro said.
“She’s pushing this guy around and pointing him in that direction and this direction, laughing and making jokes. ‘Oh, Joe, over here. Over here, Joe. Oh, Joe. Oh, Joe.’ You know what? This guy should be sitting in his beach house. He should be enjoying life. He shouldn’t be subjected to the pressures of the presidency,” Pirro said.
Unlike some, Pirro didn’t criticize Biden for running at his age but instead blamed Jill Biden, the media, and other enablers for shielding his mental bumbles to make him look fit for his age.
“It’s not about age. It’s about competency,” Pirro said. “It is amazing how the Left is able to, you know, close ranks and get all the wagons circled to make sure that everybody supports Joe Biden for president in 2024.”
With her Fox show and popularity on conservative media, Pirro has a broad platform to promote her effort to draw attention to what many see as the ills of the Biden presidency.

She is the latest get for the recently launched publishing house Winning Team Publishing, headed by Donald Trump Jr. and Trump ally Sergio Gor. They have published both of Trump’s books and have lined up several prominent conservative authors.
