In the latest indication that America’s anti-abortion movement is growing on the day of the 44th March for Life, a new book about the nation’s most notorious abortionist, Dr. Kermit Gosnell, has sold out in just three days.
Authors and movie makers Ann McElhinney and Phelim McAleer just emailed Secrets that their book, simply titled “Gosnell,” is only available on Books A Million, having sold out on Amazon and Barnes and Noble.

“It’s a good problem to have, it means a lot of people bought the book,” said the couple, who also produced a movie on the Philadelphia abortionist now in jail on three life sentences for murder in his so-called “house of horrors.”
A check on Amazon found this notice: “Usually ships within 1 to 2 months.”

The quick sell-out of the book from Regnery Publishing is astonishing because it has yet to receive any mainstream media coverage or promotion. Still, it debuted as No. 3 on Amazon. Today it is their No. 4 best seller.
The duo have made Gosnell’s story, obscured by little media coverage, well known and it is a gruesome one that includes late-term abortions and the death of one mother.
McAleer told Secrets, “We are delighted that the truth is getting out to the people of America. This also exposes the mainstream media for their bias. Gosnell The Untold Story of Americas Most Prolific Serial Killer shot straight to the top of Amazon’s best sellers list the day it was launched and has stayed up there despite getting ZERO coverage from the mainstream media – not a review or even a mention in an article.”
He added, “it didn’t matter – the American people decided they wanted the truth and bypassed the establishment media. They tried to suppress the story when it first came out and they tried to suppress the book by not covering it but it has just shown them to be a laughing stock.”
According to Regnery’s blurb on the book: “This book — now a major movie starring Dean Cain (Lois & Clarke) — reveals how the investigation that brought Gosnell to justice started as a routine drugs investigation and turned into a shocking unmasking of America’s biggest serial killer. It details how compliant politicians and bureaucrats allowed Dr. Gosnell to carry out his grisly trade because they didn’t want to be accused of ‘attacking abortion.’ Gosnell also exposes the media cover-up that saw reporters refusing to cover a story that shone an unwelcome spotlight on abortion in America in the 21st century.”
