The national anger over liberals like Hollywood producer Michael Moore who criticized military heroes like the one depicted in Clint Eastwood’s Oscar-nominated movie “American Sniper” isn’t going away, as seen in a new GOP petition demanding that Moore “stop insulting our military.”
The NRSC petition is aimed at giving those offended by the comments from Moore, actor Seth Rogen and others a chance to shout them down.
“Enough is enough. The men and women of our nation’s military deserve our utmost gratitude and respect,” said the petition, which surprisingly does not link to a fundraising page after signing it.

On Twitter, both Moore and Rogen hit military snipers, though later said they didn’t mean to slap Eastwood’s top-selling movie.
