Foreign students in the United States overwhelmingly favor former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton over Donald Trump in the presidential race.
Some 71 percent in a new survey believe Clinton has “superior character” to Trump, according to New York-based International House. And 81 percent believe she’s the best choice for president.
The students apparently favor Clinton’s approach to key issues such as immigration and foreign affairs.
They ranked immigration policy as the top global issue.
Other key findings:
— 63 percent believe terrorism and national security are one of the top three issues in this election.
— 51 percent believe the election outcome will impact their ability to find a job.
— 74 percent believe the 2016 campaign has changed the way the world views the U.S.
