Chelsea Clinton is leading her family in using social media to express positions and opinions without even talking, the latest being her support for same sex marriage.
Clinton switched her Twitter avatar to the red marriage equality symbol promoted by the Human Rights Campaign to push for gay marriage. They feature it on their “women’s love t-shirt,” that reads, “All love is equal.”

And like her mom recently did, she also features the international women’s campaign called “Not There” that aims to draw attention to how women don’t have gender equality in many countries.
Her changes are being noticed by those eager for clear signals on what her mother’s policies would be if she is elected president.

Her use of the avatar to signal positions runs parallel to how the Clinton campaign uses Hillary Rodham Clinton’s official “H” avatar to highlight her positions and even where she is campaigning. For example, when she was in Iowa, it featured a scenic farm photo.
