As the nation’s moviegoers ready for the Valentines Day release of the “Fifty Shades of Grey” sensation, actress Dakota Johnson Friday told a national TV audience that it’s so racy that she won’t let her parents watch.
In an early preview of the sex-filled film for a “Today” show audience, the daughter of actor Don Johnson and actress Melanie Griffith nervously said, “I don’t want my parents to see it.” Asked who could, Johnson said, “maybe my friends, maybe my sisters.”

The movie is expected to be a blockbuster and has drawn attention for its sex scenes, including S&M. Even the first family has talked about the popular book, one of three in a series.
In interviewing Johnson and actor Jamie Dornan, “Today”‘s Matt Lauer and Savannah Guthrie revealed that they had already watched the movie — together.

“Yes, Matt and I did watch it together,” said Guthrie.
“Can you understand why that was a little awkward?” Lauer ‘fessed. “She didn’t even want to sit next to me.”
Explained Guthrie, “Yes, I put a whole seat between us.”
