President Joe Biden will deliver remarks at the House Democratic Caucus Issues Conference on Thursday in Leesburg, Virginia.
This is the third time that the president has addressed House Democrats at the party’s annual conference, where lawmakers are gathering to develop strategies and messaging as the 2024 election draws nearer.
