President Joe Biden‘s personal attorney, Bob Bauer, would not say whether he is in favor of releasing the transcripts of the president’s interviews with Special Counsel Robert Hur, which has raised questions about Biden’s mental acuity.

In a scathing report issued last week, Hur detailed Biden’s “poor memory” in his rationale for why he decided against prosecuting the president over mishandling classified documents.
