Vice President Kamala Harris will speak on gun control policy during a moderated conversation with rapper Quavious Keyate Marshall, known in the music world as Quavo, at 2 p.m. Tuesday.
The rapper is hosting a gun violence summit in memory of his nephew Takeoff, who was accidentally shot and killed in Houston nearly two years ago. Takeoff’s 30th birthday would have been Tuesday.
