President Joe Biden is delivering his remarks as he begins his “Investing in America” content series, which is aimed at touting his administration’s accomplishments.

The president’s remarks come a day after he joined Vice President Kamala Harris at a rally for her presidential campaign in Pittsburgh. Biden had been seeking a second term, with Harris as his running mate, but he dropped out of the race and endorsed her for the top of the Democratic ticket in July.
