Rep. Nicole Malliotakis (R-NY) questioned why Gen. Mark Milley or Dr. Anthony Fauci needed pardons from outgoing President Joe Biden.

With hours left until President-elect Donald Trump is inaugurated, Biden announced preemptive pardons for Milley, Fauci, and the members and witnesses of the defunct Jan. 6 committee. Meanwhile, none of these recipients have any charges pressed against them.
