“It’s going to be a massive announcement, and it’s going to prove that the world knows that America is back,” Leavitt said in an interview with Fox & Friends.
Leavitt did not offer any further details, but her remarks echoed a promise Trump made in 2016 in which he vowed to pass a trillion-dollar infrastructure bill in his first term. However, he was not able to fulfill this goal.
