White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt is holding a briefing Tuesday afternoon. She is expected to address the looming government funding deadline. Congressional leaders pushed back a vote on Department of Homeland Security funding from 1:30 p.m. Tuesday to 8:30 p.m.
