Putin declares ‘Easter truce’ in Ukraine, says Russia will pause all military operations until end of Sunday

Russian President Vladimir Putin has said it will pause military operations in its war in Ukraine through the end of Sunday for an “Easter truce.”

The pause will go from 6 p.m. local time Saturday until 12 a.m. on Monday, according to Putin.
