A poll conducted by data analytics firm YouGov shows the Labour Party is bouncing back into a strong first-place position among British voters, firmly eclipsing the insurgent Reform UK.

The first poll from YouGov following the installation of Prime Minister Andy Burnham shows Labour projected to secure 241 seats if a parliamentary election were held today — a development the firm called a “Burnham bounce.” It’s a massive improvement in fortunes compared to the poll conducted at the same time last year, which projected the party would net only net 144 seats.
