From the earliest days of the COVID-19 pandemic, National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases Director Dr. Anthony Fauci has colluded with partners of the Chinese government to cover up how the virus was created.
As the virus first started spreading, Fauci worked with EcoHealth Alliance President Peter Daszak to dismiss claims that the virus could have originated in a Chinese lab.
Fauci continued that campaign on CBS’s Face the Nation Sunday when he invoked the Jan. 6 riot to deflect accusations that he lied to Congress about funding viral research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
DR. FAUCI: Yeah. I have to laugh at that. I should be prosecuted? What happened on Jan. 6, senator?
Fauci is referring to comments Texas Sen. Ted Cruz made at a Senate oversight hearing after the National Institutes of Health released a letter stating that Fauci’s co-conspirator, EcoHealth Alliance, had in fact violated the terms of its NIH grant when researching coronaviruses at the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
Rutgers Chemical Biology professor Richard Ebright, a longtime critic of gain-of-function research on coronaviruses, has claimed the NIH letter proves EcoHealth Alliance used funds given by Dr. Facui to conduct gain-of-function research.
Instead of honestly answering questions about EcoHealth Alliance’s work with the Chinese government at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, Fauci would rather invoke the Jan. 6 riots to discredit any real investigations into the true origin of COVID-19.
Throughout his interview with CBS, Fauci repeatedly invoked science to diffuse any criticism of his work. “They’re really criticizing science because I represent science. That’s dangerous,” Fauci said.
If Fauci truly cared about restoring trust in science, he would call for a full FBI investigation of EcoHelath Alliance’s work with the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
The FBI has thoroughly investigated Jan. 6, and Sen. Cruz was not involved in any way. Let’s let the FBI investigate EcoHealth Alliance and see if the same can be said about Facui and the origin of COVID-19.
