It’s one thing to advocate “choice” or even abortion, but it’s quite another level of rhetoric to essentially promote infanticide – even Planned Parenthood doesn’t do that. As it turns out, they’ve got quite a progressive ally, Agenda Project Action Fund:
This is by far the creepiest pro-abortion Ad I’ve ever see… pic.twitter.com/UXnthMKrIU

The ad depicts what might be perhaps the world’s cutest baby. With a knit cap on and sweet baby skin glowing, the child coos and Brahms’s “Lullaby” twinkles softly in the background. Slowly the caption reads: “She deserves to be loved. She deserves to be wanted. She deserves to be a choice.” The final screen says “#StandwithPP,” which has led most viewers to believe the ad was produced by Planned Parenthood Federation or Planned Parenthood Action.
However, it was not. The ad was produced by the relatively small and unknown Agenda Project Action Fund. The ad is actually three years old, but for some reason it has gone viral again.
Founded in 2009 in New York, the Agenda Project Action Fund incorporated in Washington, D.C., and the organization claims to be a nonprofit organization “dedicated to foster and promote knowledge, public advocacy and activism, concerning major social and political issues through meetings and events.” They have not filed any 990 tax forms since 2011 and at that time reported less than $600,000 in grants and contributions.
Even still, the small, obscure organization made a big splash with their ghoulish ad perpetuating the idea that babies, even ones already born, should be a mother’s choice. While this is a stance Planned Parenthood likely agrees with, even they don’t expressly, openly advocate murdering babies who can coo, laugh, and smile, or be soothed to music.
The organization’s website claims, “The Agenda Project Action Fund doesn’t spend big to buy media so that we can impose our ideas on America, instead we create remarkable expressions of our values which spread because truth cannot be ignored.”
If that’s the case, they have certainly communicated their “values,” although I’d argue they have more than imposed their ideas. With very little funds or platform, anyone can partner with a large organization like Planned Parenthood and perpetuate an even more progressive ideology than what was once just accepted as part of the nuance in the abortion debate.
This is both frightening and somewhat of a relief: The ad was so outlandish, even many pro-choice advocates wouldn’t abort a baby already breathing.
