Just after Democrats struck down a provision to curb the revolving door and recruited a revolving-door lobbyist for an open U.S. Senate seat, conservatives on the RNC rules committee are proposing an amendment to bar lobbyists from the Republican National Committee.
The proposal, set to be published tonight, would prohibit registered lobbyists from serving as members of the RNC.
