Hillary Clinton will go down in history as one of the worst presidential candidates of all time. So if the failed 2016 nominee is bashing one of the 2020 Democratic hopefuls, that’s a sign the candidate is actually doing something right.

Clinton has a recurring theme of childishly decrying everything she doesn’t like as “Russian meddling.” It’s Clinton’s favored excuse for why she lost the 2016 election against President Trump despite having everything slanted her favor, and now she’s using the “but Russia!” smear to attack Rep. Tulsi Gabbard.
