Ricocheting around the right-wing blogosphere and linked on the Drudge Report last week was a piece with the headline: “Russia Is Reportedly Set to Release Clinton’s Intercepted Emails”.

Drudge’s source was the obscure OilPrice.com, a site operated “by Defense and Foreign Affairs, a geopolitical news publication offered by the International Strategic Studies Association.”
