WHO: Aspiring pop star Aubrey O’Day

 

WHAT: Fresh from taking her clothes off for Playboy, O’Day says she opposed California’s Proposition 8 because “homosexuals need the rights just to go to the hospital and get proper treatment,” says she hears “stories that they get refused treatment.”

WHY IT’S DIM: It’s already illegal for medical providers to serve individuals as a result of their sexual orientation.
