Who: Joe Muto What: A Fox News employee, he attained fame for about 24 hours as the “Fox News mole” for the gossip site Gawker.
Why it’s dim: Not only was he ferreted out almost immediately, but he published only two pieces, both completely lame and unrevealing. One of them carried shocking footage of Mitt Romney discussing horseback riding with Sean Hannity. Another featured Muto’s complaint about bathrooms in the Fox News offices.
Cure: An anchor position on Current TV, definitely.
