This is a public web site which allows citizens of Maryland and visitors to search and view summary information on payments made to vendors that received $25,000 or more for the respective fiscal year. Information is currently available for Fiscal Year 2008.

The Free State Foundation

The Free State Foundation is a nonprofit Maryland-based think tank. Its purpose is to promote, through research and educational activities, understanding of free market, limited government, and rule of law principles at the federal level and in Maryland.

Advocates for Children and Youth

ACY’s mission has remained unchanged since its founding — to identify problems, promote policies and programs that improve results for Maryland children in measurable and meaningful ways, and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and policies for the state’s children and youth.

The Calvert Institute for Policy Research

The Calvert Institute for Policy Research is a non-partisan, educational institution dedicated to the research and propagation of solutions to Maryland state and local public-policy concerns based upon the principles of free markets and personal responsibility. It is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization. The institute is named for George Calvert, founder of the Maryland colony, and the author of its experiment in freedom of conscience. The institute seeks to replicate his vision of a Maryland where a diversity of views is encouraged and disseminated.
