Meriam Ibrahim, the 27-year-old mother of two sentenced to death in Sudan for being Christian, is expected to arrive in New Hampshire this week, CNN reports.

Ibrahim flew to Rome in secrecy on Thursday as she and her family fled Sudan following the overturning of her conviction in late June. Shortly after her release from prison, Ibrahim had been rearrested on charges of falsifying travel documents, but was released a second time and sought refuge in the U.S. embassy in Khartoum.
