WHO: The Baltimore Ravens
WHAT: The Ravens schooled the Miami Dolphins Sunday, winning the game 27-9 despite having what some detractors would call handicaps: A first-year head coach, a rookie quarterback and a game played far from their home stadium and fan base.

WHY IT’S A GOOD IDEA: Nothing excites Baltimore fans more than seeing our home teams crush the opposition — and let’s face it, the O’s haven’t exactly given us a lot to cheer about in recent years. Our only complaint? It was so clear the Ravens were going to win part way through the game that we got a little bored. Wait … did we say that was a complaint?
WHERE TO SUPPORT: Check out the next game Saturday at 4:30 p.m.
Today’s bright bulb: Energy incentives
Baltimore Gas and Electric Co. is helping energy consumers cut back on their energy costs by offering $40 energy audits to show you where you could improve your home’s energy efficiency. The fee will be waived if you decide to install recommended changes — but $40 is a good deal regardless, especially when home heating bills are in the hundreds and some recommendations are as simple as recaulking leaky doors or windows.
