MSNBC was forced to apologize for race-baiting Tuesday night for the second time in as many months after someone at the network tweeted out this:
“Maybe the rightwing will hate it, but everyone else will go awww: the adorable new #Cheerios ad w/ biracial family.”
The tweet was later deleted, and replaced with this one:
Earlier, this account tweeted an offensive line about the new Cheerios ad. We deeply regret it. It does not reflect the position of msnbc.

But many conservatives haven’t forgotten that it was only in December when MSNBC host Melissa Harris-Perry was forced to apologize after a panel on her show mocked Mitt Romney and his adopted black grandson.
The Cheerios tweet from @msnbc was dumb, offensive and we’ve taken it down. That’s not who we are at msnbc.

Really? MSNBC loves to call out Republicans who say things they consider racist or insensitive. Maybe the network’s executives should turn that attention on themselves for awhile and clean up their own house.
