Don’t trust William Barr to reform unconstitutional FISA surveillance

Attorney General William Barr wants the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act to be renewed pronto — with no questions asked. If any reforms are needed, he promises to take care of them himself: Don’t worry yourself, America.
