The New Hampshire primary is less than six weeks away. According to the latest polls, former Vice President Joe Biden’s pitch doesn’t appear to be resonating with Granite State voters. He hasn’t topped a poll there since early November.
Biden hopes his call for a public option will help vault him to the top. A new Wall Street Journal/NBC News poll finds that more than 7 in 10 voters support a Medicare buy-in. Biden outlined his case for a public option in an opinion piece in the Concord Monitor, the New Hampshire capital’s paper of record, earlier this week.
