Biden befriends anti-Semitic father of accused rapist and domestic abuser

Donald Trump’s 2016 presidential odds were nearly derailed by a slew of women who came forward to accuse him of various degrees of sexual misconduct. Four years later, hand-wringing over violence against women has vanished. President Trump’s accusers are forgotten, and Joe Biden has just met with the father of the new hero of the Black Lives Matter movement — Jacob Blake, the Wisconsin man shot by police after violating a restraining order due to an alleged felony sexual assault.

Previous heroes of our latest iteration of BLM included folks like Breonna Taylor, who was shot to death when woken up in her own apartment by cops recklessly using a no-knock warrant, even though she was not even under investigation. There was also George Floyd, whose neck was crushed by a cop who had him completely subdued after a trivial offense.

Blake is nothing like those two. Consider the events leading up to Blake’s shooting. Blake was arrested because he stands accused of breaking into the home of his ex-girlfriend, sexually assaulting her while their child slept in her bed, then fleeing after stealing her car keys and debit card. Then Blake reportedly violated her restraining order. When the cops were called and tried to arrest him, Blake attempted to flee, knowingly putting his own children in danger as he resisted tasers and reached into the front seat of his car, where a knife was stowed. It was only then that Blake was shot.

To be sure, Blake is innocent until proven otherwise. But in the court of public opinion, the rule of common sense also reigns true. There’s no possible evidentiary standard that finds Brett Kavanaugh guilty of a sexual assault in an unknown time at an unknown place with zero direct or contemporaneously corroborating witnesses, yet fails to damn and condemn Blake as a rapist and abuser.

Yet somehow, Blake has been heralded as a hero by the Left and their media lackeys. And now, the Democratic presidential nominee has considered it a politically expedient move to meet with Blake’s father, a strange man with an unfortunate documented history of anti-Semitic remarks online.

Facebook posts obtained by multiple news outlets show Blake’s father, Jacob Blake Sr., claiming that “Jewish people that control the interest rate control the interest rate” and “Minds and money,” describing the media as “Jewish,” and claiming that “A cracker jew can do whatever to a white woman for years but let a jig try it.”

Consider, Trump was rightly raked over the coals for refusing to denounce the neo-Nazis singularly at the 2017 Charlottesville, Virginia, rally.

Biden isn’t just proudly meeting with an obvious anti-Semite — he is doing so expressly because his son fled from the cops to escape an arrest for sexually assaulting the mother of his children in front of a child.

In any sane universe with standards that applied equally to both sides of the political aisle, this wouldn’t just be frowned upon or worthy of condemnation. In the post-#MeToo era, it would and should be outright disqualifying for the presidency.

But to the media who write the narratives of right and wrong, Biden is their guy. So there goes another nail into the coffin of the #MeToo movement. It was something, but it became nothing due to political expediency.
