NAACP leader shows black people commit crime at disproportionately high rates

Bishop Talbert Swan is known as a controversial racial agitator and “rabble-rouser” who supports black supremacy, black nationalism, and other bigoted ideas. He is also a pastor, author, radio show host, and president of the Greater Springfield NAACP. Many of his statements and social media posts arguably read like a madman’s manifesto instead of the work of someone in the clergy.

In his latest rant, Swan tried to make a sophisticated claim about crime rates. To accomplish this, Swan posted a graphic from the FBI that showed crime rates broken down by race. It was a move that backfired and instead showed the shocking rate at which black people disproportionately commit crime compared to their percentage of the population.
