Say her name: Laken Riley. It’s advice President Joe Biden needs to hear.
Riley was an innocent college student going out for a jog when an illegal immigrant allegedly murdered her in cold blood. Riley’s assailant seemingly entered the country, and committed crimes, because of Biden’s border security and illegal immigration policies. Yet a week after her death, Biden hasn’t shown much interest in her murder, and he also hasn’t shown much sympathy, empathy, or decency. Why? Because he doesn’t care about her.
Riley was murdered on Feb. 22. A week after her murder, Biden has rarely mentioned her name. However, he has brought up the name of George Floyd. On social media, notably X, the president of the United States seemingly hasn’t mentioned Riley’s name once. The president, who campaigned on decency, hasn’t shown Riley any. It’s slimy, it’s sleazy, it’s Biden.
During the week when the whole country was talking about the unfortunate loss of Riley, Biden made multiple posts on social media touting another piece of radical propagandized left-wing legislation: the George Floyd Justice in Policing Act. He didn’t make any about Riley. He cannot use or weaponize her name the way he can with Floyd to the faction of rabid and fanatical voters in the Democratic Party.
“I will continue to call on Congress to pass the George Floyd Justice in Policing Act, so we can make police reform the law of the land,” Biden posted Saturday on his personal X account.

Biden previously mourned and commemorated George Floyd’s death on X. In comparison, Biden has not publicly stated on social media he mourns the death of Riley. Feel free to check his X accounts for verification. Floyd went to commit a criminal act before his death. Riley went for a jog. Biden has bent the knee over the death of Floyd. He has essentially ignored the murder of Riley.
There’s not a day ending in “y” if Biden isn’t trying to exploit black people and rile up white liberals in the U.S. The only deaths that matter to him are the ones he can exploit for his gain in political crises. That was the point of Biden’s posts, and it’s why he has mainly ignored Riley’s death. It’s why he can bring up Floyd but not mention Riley’s name. It’s who he is as a politician. Sadly, it is who he is as a person. It’s slimy, it’s sleazy, it’s Biden.
