The war in Ukraine has lasted for over two years now and there does not appear to be any signs of it ending anytime soon. Billions of dollars in U.S. taxpayer money have been granted to the Eastern European country in multiple aid packages to defend Ukraine from the military aggression of Russia. Yet during the NATO summit in Washington, D.C., President Joe Biden might have figured out the solution to end the conflict: have Vice President Trump meet with Ukrainian President Putin.

These were the titles Biden bestowed upon former President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin. This is incorrect, of course. Inexplicably, Biden mixed up the names and titles of Vice President Kamala Harris and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky with Trump and Putin. The mix-up is Biden’s latest gaffe on the international stage. Furthermore, these comments were made by Biden on a day when he was under enormous scrutiny to show the public that he was still up to the task of being president, despite his old age and numerous examples of his frailty and rapidly diminishing faculties.
