Not so ‘Glory Days’

Lying or making erroneous statements is a time-honored tradition for politicians on the campaign trail, but a member of Congress who happens to be a candidate for the New Jersey governorship is taking his tall tales a step further and taking his misrepresentations to Photoshop.

Rep. Josh Gottheimer (D-NJ) is such a fan of Bruce Springsteen that he walked out to his campaign announcement to “Glory Days.” However, to prove himself a true super-fan of “The Boss,” the aspiring governor had to go a step further: share his 2024 Spotify Wrapped, which listed his most listened-to songs for the year. It was a clean sweep for Springsteen, with his songs earning the top five spots on the list.
