Dim Bulb – Sept. 18, 2008

Who: CNN commentator Jack Cafferty

What: Even after admitting on his blog (Cafferty File) that “the differences between Barack Obama and John McCain couldn’t be more well-defined,” CNN’s pundit concludes there’s only one reason the presidential race is still so close. “Doesn’t make sense … unless it’s race,” he claims, implying that widespread support for McCain is based on racial bigotry, not policy differences.

Cure: Flip the channel whenever this dim bulb is on the air.
