No one cares more about illegal immigrants than California Democrats, who continue to find new privileges to grant them while giving California‘s legal residents the bill.

Earlier this month, Democratic Gov. Gavin Newsom signed into law Assembly Bill 1303, which strips the requirement for people to enter their Social Security numbers to enroll in the California LifeLine program. The LifeLine program subsidizes discounts for phone bills for low-income Californians. By removing the Social Security requirement, Newsom and California Democrats are making it possible for illegal immigrants to enroll in the program and receive discounted phone bills thanks to taxpayer money. This was the stated purpose of the law when it was being debated last year before the 2024 elections.
