Who: IRS Director of Exempt Organizations Lois Lerner

WHY: The embattled chief of the IRS division that inappropriately harassed more than 500 conservative, evangelical and pro-Israel groups during the 2010 and 2012 election campaigns was summoned to answer questions before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee. Despite proclaiming her innocence in an opening statement, Lerner took the Fifth Amendment and refused to answer any questions.
