President Trump who pledged that his administration will put “America first” when it comes to workers, the economy, and foreign policy is now sitting behind the Oval Office desk with a large stack of international problems to confront.

Americans are eager for a dramatic shift in how Washington conducts foreign and national security policy. With 52 percent of Americans agreeing that United States foreign policy over the past 15 years has made the country less safe, the Trump administration is presented with the best opportunity that any president has had since the end of the Cold War to reorient the way the government does business.
