I’ve got it.

After all these years of official stumbling over what to call the mission the United States has spearheaded in the Islamic world in response to the 9/11 attacks, I’ve come up with a name which I believe, not to brag or anything, brings much-needed clarity to our cause and makes defining victory — another semantic pitfall of the past decade — so much easier.
