The White House began blaming a YouTube video for the Benghazi attacks even while they were taking place, Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Calif., said Wednesday on the House floor.

Issa, R-Calif., and chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, noted that this information, contained in newly released emails, contradicts public statements by White House spokesman Jay Carney‘s repeated declarations that casting blame on the video was derived from talking points provided by the intelligence community.
