CONCORD, N.H. — Republican voters have 30 candidates to choose from today, including many candidates who have dropped out, and many more you’ve never heard of.
Here are some facts about the GOP ballot in N.H.
1) The names are in random order, but it’s the same order across the state. Bobby Jindal is on the top of the list, and John Kasich is second. Kasich is the only active major candidate in the first 11 names, which should help him a bit.
2) Many former candidates are still on the ballot. Jindal, Rand Paul, George Pataki, Lindsey Graham, Rick Santorum, and Mike Huckabee all paid their $1,000 to register, and they’re all on the ballot still. Expect them to get some votes even though they’ve all dropped out of the race.
3) Many candidates are here you’ve never heard of. Joe Robinson of Brookline, Mass., is running. So is Realtor Kevin Glen Huey. Chomi Prag is a Wisconsin lawyer whose mother was a legal immigrant from Korea*, according to her campaign web page (not website, it’s just a page on her law website). Her Go Fund Me page has a goal of $7 million. She’s only raised $10 it seems, from one anonymous donor.
4) Rick Santorum and Carly Fiorina both live in the D.C. area. Santorum is a former senator from Pennsylvania. Fiorina ran for Senate in California. Both are now officially creatures of the Beltway.

*Correction: I accidentally wrote that Prag’s mother was an illegal immigrant.
