WHO: Former Rep. Ray LaHood, R-IL

WHAT: During his long career in the U.S. House of Representatives, LaHood was a dedicated pork barrel champion. During 2008 alone, he got nearly $63 million, according to Taxpayers for Common Sense, putting him in the top 10 percent of all House members.
