Who: Liberal former television host Keith Olbermann
What: After his firing from Current TV, the notoriously difficult left-newsman released an incredible diatribe in which he accepted no blame whatsoever.
Why it’s dim: “I’d like to apologize to my viewers and my staff for the failure of Current TV,” it began. He threatened a lawsuit against the network, and stated that “it is important only to again acknowledge that joining them was a sincere and well-intentioned gesture on my part, but in retrospect a foolish one.”
Cure: After his acrimonious departures from ESPN, Fox Sports Net and MSNBC, you’d think Olbermann might get a clue and stop making such a fool of himself.
