The speech creating Vice President buzz for Condoleezza Rice

Buzzfeed’s McKay Coppins scoops a fuzzy audio recording of Condoleezza Rice speaking to Romney donors in Park City, Utah in June, which reportedly is the reason she is being considered as a running mate for Mitt Romney.

This quote, in particular, has conservatives taking note:

“It is a narrative that is being pushed by our current president, that ‘I’m doing poorly because you’re doing well,’” she said. “That has never been the American narrative. Ours has never been a narrative of aggrievement, and ours has never been a narrative of entitlement.”
And then, moments later, she received her second standing ovation by declaring, “It is time for all of us, in any way we can, to mobilize, get our act together, and storm Washington D.C.”

Conservatives, however, are quickly dismissing Rice’s chances as Romney’s running mate, suggesting that her record in the Bush administration and her pro-choice record rules her out of serious consideration.
