Sen. Rand Paul thrilled the Republican National Convention this evening as he opened his speech proclaiming that he still believed that Obamacare was unconstitutional.
“Do you think that Justice Scalia and Justice Thomas have changed their minds?” asked Paul. “I think that if James Madison himself, the father of the constitution were here today, he would agree with me: The whole damn thing is still unconstitutional.”
