Earlier today, most people wondered whether party switching Rep. Parker Griffith, R-Ala., would be able to avoid a runoff. But at this point, the question is whether he’ll be fortunate enough to make it to a runoff.
With 82 percent of the vote counted, Griffith is trailing badly. His top opponent, Mo Brooks, is hovering just above 50 percent of the vote and may well win the nomination tonight. Results are here.
