Former Obama campaign manager David Plouffe’s new book, “The Audacity to Win” is excerpted in Time magazine. News item: The final three picks for vice president were Joe Biden, Evan Bayh and Tim Kaine. Then it basically came down to a “coin toss” between Biden (too chatty) and Bayh (too reserved).
