Ron Paul Institute advisory board includes Dennis Kucinich

Last week, retired Texas Republican congressman Ron Paul announced the creation of the Ron Paul Institute for Peace and Prosperity. The think tank will promote Paul’s idiosyncratic libertarian beliefs regarding foreign policy and national security issues. As the website puts it, the institute will continue “Dr. Paul’s lifetime of public advocacy for a peaceful foreign policy and the protection of civil liberties at home.”

The institute’s advisory board includes some notable names on the libertarian right including: two sitting congressmen, Rep. John Duncan, R-Tenn., and Rep. Walter Jones, R-N.C.; Fox News contributor Judge Andrew Napolitano; Ludwig von Mises Institute founder Llewellyn Rockwell; Imperial Hubris author Michael Scheuer and … former Ohio Democratic congressman and two-time presidential candidate Dennis Kucinich.
