Last week, I noted that Mitt Romney supporters wer hyping his appearance at the Southern Republican Leadership Conference in New Orleans this coming April. An appearance here by potential candidates is a sign that they’re running in 2012. Sure enough, after the Romney camp began making rumblings about his appearance at the SRLC, the usual suspects started signing up — first Palin and then Gingrich.
